Quality control checks are performed throughout the casting process from screening the raw materials for stability the concentration of alloy and melted by the US / VIP High / Low-Frequency Induction furnace. We analyze the chemical elements concentration of the alloy with spark spectrometer testing before casting. After casting and heat treatment we continue testing by metallurgical microsturctural analysis, as well as checking tensile, impact strength and surface hardness by physical test and X-Ray, liquid penetrant, magnetic particde etc. NDT inspection. And , offers coordinate measuring machine, profile projector for dimersions checking. We do extensive research and development to ensure efficient and high quality castings.
